Undoubtedly the most representative wine of the Lucera area, the Cacc’e Mmitte has been established as a Protected Designation of Origin (D.O.P.) since 1976. The Alberto Longo organic farm has been committed for over 20 years to restore prestige to this D.O.P. which, in the previous decade, had lost its undisputed reputation.
